1. Making order

1.1 How to make an order?

Select a brand among the available ones and click on it. You will be taken to the brand page. To order an item click "Order now" button. If you are going to order several brands select another brand and repeat the operation. Then click "Checkout". This will taken to Secure Server where you enter the required info. You will receive order confirmation at your email as soon as your credit card information is checked .

1.2 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit cards and by checks.

1.3 How to check order status?

ConstantStore automatically notifies by e-mail immediately after you place the order. Please, note that we ship orders within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order. It will give you a possibility to bring about some changes (as for example in your shipping address or items). To make changes in your order send us an e-mail containing your order number and the changes.

2.1 Are the cigarettes sold at ConstantStore first choice?

ConstantStore sells only of the finest quality cigarettes available on the market. We sell European brands.

2.2 Do you sell other brands of cigarettes?

We sell brands shown on our Home page.

2.3 Is there any difference between the white filter and the brown filter Marlboro Lights?

There is a slight difference between the white filter and the brown filter Marlboro Lights. Marlboro Lights with white filters are intended to match the taste of American smokers. The brown filters are suited to the Europeans. The "white filters" are slightly stronger. Philip Morris doesn't give any  information on this point.

2.4 Will you be offering other brands in the future?

Yes. We are planning to add new brands in the nearest future.

 

3. Delivery

3.1 Why can't you send me a parcel containing more cartons?

We cannot send you more than 6 cartons in one parcel because its width and value doesn't correspond to demanded parameters, and it would be certainly subject to duty.

3.2 If I make an order Saturday, when you will send my order?

As a rule the orders are processed within 24 hours. If we receive the orders on Saturdays, they are sent on the 1st working day.

 

4. Legality

4.1 Is it legal to resell cigarettes ordered from ConstantStore?

No. This is illegal in any country of the world.

4.2 Is it legal to order a large amount of cigarettes, for example, 100 cartons?

When Ordering a large quantity of cigarette packs, you must be aware of the fact that the laws in your country and sanctions may incur punishment. So if a customer is intended to resell "duty free" cigarettes, we leave this decision to his / her discretion. In this case the customer will be responsible for the misusage of the tobacco goods. To avoid any troubles  please determine the limits on order  and taxing, in your state.

5. Guarantee

5.1 Will I get my money back or have a replacement if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged?

ConstantStore provides a 100% money back guarantee including the the cost of the cigarettes and shipping in case the parcel didn't reach the customer, is declared lost or stolen, or is simply damaged.

5.2 Can I recall the order placed with your online store?

You have only 24 hours to recall your order or bring about some changes.

6. Non-disclosure

6.1 Does ConstantStore use personal information of customers (address, email, etc.) for promotional activities?

We never sell, share or rent our customers' personal information. The information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, and address are used for shipping only.

6.2 Does ConstantStore have a database containing the customer's credit card details?

No. The credit card information is not available for us. It is requested outside of our server and is encrypted and transmitted via secure connections.
