By making an order at ConstantStore you confirm that you agree to the terms of service.
Cigarettes bought at ConstantStore cannot be used for resale. They are for personal use only.
To order tobacco products you must be 21 years old or older.  By misrepresenting your age you are committing a felony. We don't charge any setup, monthly, yearly or any other additional fees. You pay only the cost of your cigarettes and the shipping fee. 

Products and quality.

ConstantStore sells only premium quality cigarettes. The cigarettes presented at our web store are made in Europe and correspond to the European standards. One carton contains 200 cigarettes.

Delivery.

Once your credit card has been validated, the order is shipped within 24 hours.

We ship to the  United States only.  The cigarettes are delivered by Registered Priority Airmail. Please note that you'll be required to sign for the parcel. ConstantStore doesn't provide courier and express delivery. The cartons are shipped in parcels. One parcel contains not more than 6 cartons. The cost of delivery is $6.99/carton. The delivery usually takes about 14-24 business days.

 If your order isn't delivered within the estimated time, it is declared stolen or lost. We guarantee to resend the packages or give you a  full refund.

Order Cancellation.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours after payment completion. For cancellation send an email containing your request and order number, your name, shipping address.

Payments

The prices in our web store are set  in US dollars. We accept Credit Cards or Checks.

We would like to assure you that we have no access to your credit card data. To make a payment, you'll be automatically transferred to SSL secure (128 bit) server. Credit card payments are approved on the secure server.

Privacy

Your personal information will be treated according to European legislation. We'll never disclose, sell or share your personal data upon an request submitted by the authorities.

Claims & Refund.

 If the customer receives an incorrect order through ConstantStore's fault, the Company will provide a replacement. In case it is impossible, we'll provide you with a refund of the money you spent including the shipping cost. If the parcel is seized by Customs, we cannot give you a refund until confirmation of the outcome is received within seven days of its closure.

The order bears the responsibility to determine whether the cigarette ordering are legal in his/her area. In case you are charged an additional fee, you have an option to pay it or refuse paying. In the latter case the package will be returned and you will be given a refund.
